To start the reservations process online, please fill out our reservations form and send it to us. Please note that this reservation is NOT FINAL until we have spoken with you on the phone to confirm it. We will typically respond within 1-2 business days, although you may feel free to call us at the office to confirm as soon as possible. Holiday weekends require a minimum 3-night reservation and a non-transferable, non-refundable deposit. The holiday weekends for 2017 are Memorial Day (5/26, 5/27, 5/28), Labor Day (9/1, 9/2, 9/3), and Columbus Day (10/6, 10/7, 10/8).
All advance reservations require a non-transferable deposit payable in US funds within 10 days, or the reservation is invalid. Upon receipt of of deposit, a reservation confirmation card will be sent to you for your records. Please review to verify accuracy. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival require a credit card guarantee (MasterCard or Visa).
Personal check, money order, or a Flory’s Credit Card Authorization Agreement Form are required to make your deposit. Invalid checks will incur a $45.00 processing fee.

Though we certainly hope you don’t, if you must cancel your reservation, please give us 30 days’ notice prior to your scheduled arrival and your deposit will be returned, minus a $10.00 handling fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded and will lose their reservations. Refund checks will be issued within 14 days of your cancellation. Deposits are non-transferable, either party-to-party or year-to-year. Holiday deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
