Policies & Rules

Speed Limit is 10 MPH. Please drive cautiously and always watch for children.

Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please refrain from loud activities or making noise that might disturb your neighbors. Generators are prohibited.

Lodging – All accommodations at Flory’s prohibit pets and smoking. Maid service is not yet available. Click here for rates and further information.

Camping – Each site is for one camping unit, one vehicle, and one family. Hookups are available on all sites, but some requirements and limitations apply to specific locations. Generators are prohibited in all locations.

Sewer – All on-site connections require seals (i.e., rubber donut, elbow). Seals prevent on-site overflows breakaway hoses, and the release of sewer gases. Please dispose of diapers and sanitary napkins properly in waste receptacles, not in the sewer system. Absolutely no discharging of black or grey water on the ground. This is the law!

Water – Flory’s is supplied with well water, not city water. Please be considerate with your water usage. All water hoses should be connected tightly to avoid leaks or dripping. All vehicle washing is strictly prohibited.

Lawn Care – We take great pride in our grass… Rugs, mats, and vehicles must be kept on the gravel only. Registered tents are the only exception.

Trees – Our trees, big and small, are important to us and to the future appearance of our campground. Please be kind and do not cut, trim, or allow your pets to “water” our trees or shrubs.

Campfires – Charcoal grills and propane stoves are permitted. Wood fires are strictly prohibited. Be considerate with the placement of your cooking devices so as not to scorch our picnic tables or lawns.

Trash – Park occupants are responsible for taking their trash and recyclables to the receptacles provided by the park. Recyclables are aluminum, tin, plastic, and glass “co-mingled” in blue-labeled receptacles.

Children – Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children at all times. Children under the age of eight must be supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to play in the bathhouses, laundry rooms, or on the roads.

Smokers – Smoking is not permitted in any park building. Be considerate and do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.

Neatness – Your area should be kept clean and free of clutter. Clotheslines, yard sales, kiddie pools, and pet yards are not permitted.

Alcohol – Please do not carry open alcoholic beverages through the park. Beverages should be enjoyed in privacy at your facility only. Public intoxication will not be tolerated.

Firearms of all kinds, including air guns, BB guns, slingshots, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Motorcycles, mini bikes, and mopeds are permitted as transportation in and out of the park only. Joy-riding is prohibited. Bicycle riding is permitted on the roads but is prohibited after dusk. State law requires children to wear certified protective headgear.

Televisions, radios, and other audio/entertainment devices should not be audible to campers outside your immediate site of facility. Loud and boisterous gatherings will not be permitted.

Respect – Please respect the fact that your neighbors are also on vacation. Do not assume that because no one is home that you can infringe on, trespass, or otherwise utilize their property in any way (including borrowing picnic tables or other equipment). Do not make paths through the grass.

Pets – abide by policy (available upon request) or you will be asked to leave without refund.

Visitors ($) – Abide by policy (available upon request) or forfeit visitor privilege.

Management reserves the right to make necessary changes in rules and policies that are in the best interest of the park. Anyone refusing to abide by our policies and rules, or creating a disturbance, will be asked to leave without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
