We
Hope your stay with us will be a relaxing and an enjoyable
one. If we can be of any assistance, please ask.
In
order to provide the best service possible and assure the
rights of all, we ask for your understanding and cooperation
with the following "Policies & Rules"
Speed
Limit is 10mph.
Please drive cautiously and always watch for children. |
Quiet
Hours are 10pm 'til 8am.
Please, cease noise and activities. Generators are
prohibited |
Lodging
All accommodations prohibit pets and smoking. Maid service is
not available. See descriptions
and rates. |
Camping
Each site is for one camping unit, one vehicle and
one family. Hookups are available on all sites, but some requirements
and limitations apply for location. Generators are prohibited
on all locations. See descriptions and rates. |
Sewer
All on site connections require seals (i.e. rubber donut, elbow).
Seals prevent on site overflows, breakaway hoses and the release
of sewer gases. Please dispose of diapers and sanitary napkins
properly in waste receptacles, not in the sewer system. Absolutely
no discharging of black or grey water on the ground. This is the
law! |
Water
We
are on well water, not city water. Please be considerate of your
water usage. All water hoses should be drip free. All vehicle
washing is strictly prohibited. |
Lawn
Care
We take great pride in our grass. Rugs, mats and vehicles must
be kept on the gravel only. Exception...registered tents. |
Trees
Our trees, even the small crooked ones, are precious to us and
our future. Please be kind, do not cut, trim or allow your pets
to water our trees or shrubs. |
Campfires
Charcoal grills and propane stoves are permitted. Wood fires are
strictly prohibited. Be considerate with placement so as not to
scorch our picnic tables or lawn. |
Trash
Park occupants are responsible for taking their trash and recyclables
to receptacles provided by the park. Recyclables are aluminum,
tin, plastic and glass "co-mingled" in blue labeled
receptacles. |
Children
Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their
children at all times. Children under the age of eight must be
supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to play in the
bathhouses, laundry room or on the roads. |
Smokers
Smoking is not permitted in any park building. Be courteous, do
not discard cigarette butts on the ground. |
Neatness
Your area should be kept clean and free of clutter. Clotheslines,
yard sales, kiddie pools and pet yards are not permitted. |
Alcohol
Open alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be carried through
the park. Beverages should be enjoyed at your facility only. Public
drunkenness will not be tolerated |
Firearms
All kinds...air guns, BB guns, guns, slingshots and fireworks
are prohibited. |
Motorcycles,
mini bikes and mopeds are permitted as transportation in and out
of the park only. Joy-riding is prohibited. Bicycle riding is
permitted on the roads, but is prohibited after dusk. State law
requires children to wear certified protective headgear. |
Televisions,
radios, etc. should be heard at the facility you're occupying
only. Loud and boisterous gatherings will not be permitted. |
Respect
Please respect your neighbors' vacation. Do not assume because
no one is home, that you can sprawl out on other areas, make paths
through grass, borrow picnic tables or park on other areas. |
Pets
Abide by policy or be asked
to leave, no refund. |
Visitors

Abide by policy or forfeit
visitor privilege. |
Management
reserves the right to make necessary changes in the rules and
policies to be in the best interest of the park. Anyone refusing
to abide by the rules and policies or creating a disturbance
will be asked to leave without refund. We reserve the right
to refuse service to anyone.
