All advance reservations require a non-transferable deposit payable
in US funds, within 10 days or reservation is invalid. Upon receipt
of deposit, a reservation confirmation card will be sent to you
for your records. Please review to verify accuracy. Reservations
made less than 14 days prior to arrival require a credit card
to guarantee (MC,V). |

Cancellations/Refunds:
A handling fee of $5 will be deducted from all cancellation refunds
provided notice is given at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
date. Late cancellation or failure to arrive on scheduled arrival
date will result in no refund and automatic forfeiture of accommodations
reserved. Refund checks will be issued within 14 days of cancellation,
if applicable. Deposits are non-transferable...party-to-party
nor year-to-year. Holiday deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for early departures. |
